Just Analytics was founded on a strong passion for data and a desire to share it with the world. Our founders believed that analytics provides organisations successful future growth based on insights from their past. Establishing itself as a Data and Artificial Intelligence solutions provider, Just Analytics has been doing just that since its inception in 2011. As we strive to enrich companies across South East Asia to become more data-literate, we have strategically located our offices in Singapore and Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam, with our main office situated in Singapore. We believe in empowering organisations to navigate the digital world with agility, adaptability and dexterity.

Our company, services and solutions are centered around a single focus: Just Analytics. Our people know how data and systems work – and how people can interact with it in more natural and effective ways. Hemanta Banerjee

Founder and Chief Architect

Hemanta is a business leader with 20 years of experience in the IT industry, with diverse experience in Business Intelligence and Performance Management. Prior to founding Just Analytics, he held leadership roles in consulting, sales and product management for companies like SAP, Oracle and Hyperion. Hemanta has proven commercial acumen and is passionate about transforming businesses through the power of analytics and artificial intelligence.

Shwetank Sheel

Co-Founder and Managing Consultant

Shwetank  is an experienced strategy consultant with deep experience, over eleven  years, across all elements of strategic planning, spanning pre-sales and delivery of data solution  cycles. As a principal he is responsible for establishing  the firm's Data and Analytics strategy, overseeing its implementation and directing client-focused investment. Before taking up this role he was a  Senior Consultant at Oracle Consulting, part of a specialized team designing and delivering complex Business Intelligence and Performance Management solutions across ASEAN and Asia Pacific. 

Umesh Kakkad

Co-Founder and Managing Consultant

Umesh has over 11 years of experience  and  has successfully led various end to end data warehousing and business intelligence projects. He is focused on  Enterprise Data Warehousing, Performance Management and Business Intelligence solutions  across various industries in Southeast  Asia.

Previously our management reporting was done manually, and a lot of time was spent to answer simple questions about our performance. With the ERP analytics solution we have opened up the valuable data in Oracle eBusiness Suite for self-service analytics by everyone in the finance team and the directors. Everyone now has access to detailed performance data by product, customer, supplier and other dimensions which has allowed us to make better decisions.

Ashok Kumar Purushothaman
Senior Consultant

Ashok has over 14 years of IT experience. He has worked with top global banks and software firm Oracle. He is responsible for overseeing requirements, analysis, development, testing, delivery and support. He is particularly involved in prototype development and solution delivery. Outside of Just Analytics, Ashok is a cook and an adventurer.

With over 8 years' experience in the industry, Canh is skilled in both Oracle and Microsoft technology. He is a business domain expert on Finance, Sales, Manufacturing and Procurement. Canh is responsible for on-time project delivery and service quality.
Chandrashekhar M. Dhande
Principal Consultant

Chandrashekhar is responsible for the full project cycle from overseeing requirements gathering to analysis and dimensional model design to development, delivery and support activities. He is currently focused on ETL design & development as well as reporting solution delivery.He has over 8 years of experience, working with esteemed banking, telecom, insurance and pharmacy clients. In his spare time, Chandrashekhar writes Marathi blogs on life experiences, life lessons and societal observations.
